HI, Brazilian beaches by nature’s design and reputation are extraordinary. Thousands of miles of changing landscape and scenery replete with crashing waves for the ardent surfer and calm emerald coves for the leisurely traveler. Up and down the thousands of miles of Brazilian coastline lie literally thousands of beaches, from the internationally famous to the seductively secluded. Reappearing vistas of sand dunes stretching their way to the waters edge, rows of coconut trees lining the sandy shores, long deserted sections of black, white, and even red shimmering sands hollowed out by natures years of relentless crushing of colorful corals.
All of the beaches of Brazil though are not for all of the people wishing to visit them. Each has their own quirks and characteristics. Many are easily accessible by public transportation and are surrounded by creature comforts we’ve come to expect and enjoy. Others are extremely remote, isolated, pristine and unspoiled by the hands of man. Each has its own sense of history and appeal. Exploring the opportunity to touch the confluence of sun, sand and sea in so many unique and original ways can be not only invigorating but also relaxing, enlightening, spiritually refreshing and just plain fun. It is said that Brazilians just don’t go to the beach, they make love to it! With the innumerable blessings of year round climate, sparkling shore lines, primordial sands and countless activities, who could blame them. And who can join them? You can.

If you have the chance to visit Brazil, by all means GO!

And if you don't have a chance to visit Brazil... make a chance to visit! Not just the beaches either. Remember Brazil is as big if not bigger than the continental USA.. and may have as much or more geographic diversity too!

Okay, so you don't know if you want to go to Brazil, or if it would be worth it? Like Tom said, GO! When they talk about the beautiful beaches, you do know that they come with tons of women! And Brazilian babes are so damn HOT!

Yes indeed. If you love women, without all the snotty attitude. Warm , loving, sincere, loyal and just crazy hot!!! Go to Brazil. Don't listen to all the bull you hear about how dangerous it is. Just use common sense. You will A: Have the time of your life or
B: Find the love of your life. Either way!!!
I have done both and I have met the woman I will marry and stay with forever.

What are some of the popular hot spots along the beaches in Brazil?

Hello, I have a chance to travel to Brazil in January. My dilemma is I have heard so many good things about it that I don't know where to go. Should I go to Rio or a smaller place like Praia de Pipa? I am looking to enjoy nature, culture and woman, and not necessarily in that order. Any ideas or recomendations?
Thanks

Is Brazil a nice place to travel if so what time of year is the best?

Michael from Over there, that seems like a very good reason to visit Brazil!

Gents! It seems to me, in all humbleness, that if you visit the great country of Brazil you are crazy to just go to a beach. You have at your diposal the great Amazon rainforest with that marvel of nature which is the Amazon river. Remember, you cannot see one shore from the other. Full of all sorts of cultural and natural things to see. Take a trip up the Paraná River, and see what´s in there. You can go to the beach anywhere. There is a wealth of adventure and learning in Brazil. Just a friendly comment.

My mind is now made up: YES, I CAN GO to Brazil. It had never struck me that the country would be that big in size. The beaches aside, there seem to be so much at disposal in terms of cultural diversity, 1001 spots to choose from, wonderful women and a unique chance to prove the critics wrong. I think I love the whole experience for the sole reason of choosing from a wide variety of recreational spots and activities and just like someone has hinted upon, retirement might be an option to smile about

John Grisham's description of Brazil in one of his novels is awesome. It is one of the few places or countries in the world that offers wonderful places and scenery. A country that is great to live in. Is it true?

All i can say is that Brazilian beaches are fantastic. The people there are great and you can see spectacular sights while in there. Hope i can visit the country again.

I need to learn a bit of Portuguese, or at least get pretty verse in Spanish before even thinking about going to Brazil, but I do want to go there. It is lovely and magnificent.

Learning Portuguese isn't a very much easy thing for one to do. It takes a lot of time for one to learn this particular language.
Comment #16 Bobby (63.176.159.4) - 01/29/10 21:22
Yeah, learning this language is a little hard to do. Maybe you can check out some online schools if you like to, but for me it is much better if you enroll in a school and learn the language while interacting with some of the students who are also trying to learn the said language. Anyway, what is important is that you are focused on what is being thought no matter where you got enrolled.

I have to agree on that. The beaches in Brazil are extraordinary. And when you finally got yourself in one of the beaches there, you cannot help it but to think about your next visit. I am a big fan of Brazil and the women there. I love those pretty girls in Brazil and they are also not that snob. Surely, there are lots to see and discover in this part of the world.
