Brazil is set to be the hottest overseas property investment market for 2009 and beyond!

Brazil is undeniably a country of amazingly Stunning natural beauty with superb sunny weather all year round, especially in the northeast where the picturesque perfect paradise white powder sandy beaches stretch for miles and miles.

In general the Brazilian people are extremely friendly and welcoming and all love to enjoy life to the full especially during the world famous Brazil Carnivals.

Brazil is politically stable and has a strong leadership with good policies with regard to developing infrastructure and setting the stage for tourism growth and encouraging foreign investment which helps to make Brazil one of the top tourist and investment destinations in the world.

Brazil is the largest economy in South America and one of the 10th largest economies in the world, in fact Brazil has a very strong and positive looking economy and according to Goldman Sachs (the bank holding company) it is one of the 4 BRIC (an acronym that refers to the fast growing developing economies of Brazil, Russia, India, and China) economies. In 2001 Goldman Sachs argued that these 4 countries will be the power houses of the world and will eclipse all the current riches countries in the world combined!

Brazil is not only the largest economy in South America, but it is also one of the ten largest economies in the world.

A stable political system, falling unemployment, low inflation, firm currency and strong economic growth have all attracted significant foreign investment into the country and stimulated the development of major real estate projects.

in fact Brazil has a very strong and positive looking economy and according to Goldman Sachs (the bank holding company) it is one of the 4 BRIC (an acronym that refers to the fast growing developing economies of Brazil, Russia, India, and China) economies. In 2001 Goldman Sachs argued that these 4 countries will be the power houses of the world and will eclipse all the current riches countries in the world combined!

Here is a quick list summary of a few of the factors that contribute to attractiveness of Brazil investment property for foreign investors.

- Low property prices

- Superb scenery and quintessential white sand tropical paradise beaches

- Very affordable cost of living and good value for money on food and shopping

- Significant public investment in infrastructure and tourism development

- A thriving tourism market which shows no sign of slowing down

- A very good rental market especially for quality touristic resorts in the northeast

- The main investment hotspot (northeast) is an, earthquake, hurricane & tsunamis free zone

- Average of 300 days of sunshine a year

- Very good medical facilities

- Very good capital growth potential

- Superb developments being built like the luxurious Natal Ocean Club

In our opinion Brazil offers a unique investment opportunity it is the 5th largest country in the world with so many different varied landscapes and natural attractions and also so much to see and do. For example you can head down to Rio do Janerio and enjoy the cosmopolitan city and of course coco cabana beach, explore the Amazon, visit Iguana Falls to name a few of the famous ones. Or you can enjoy some excellent water sports or simply relax on the beach while your investment properties are generating rental income and capital growth.

I lived in Brazil as a child and I do have to say that it is so beautiful there and also the culture is amazing along with the landscaping. I would love to go back and live here someday when I start my own family and career.

I love the sun, the waves, the people, and my beloved Conchita. I am a traveling businessman from Brazil who is now doing a short trip here at the United states together with my very gorgeous Brazilian wife. If I didn't move or retire to Brazil then I would never have met my beloved. Brazil is a perfect tropical paradise for everyone. So choose a good travel package and book your next flight.

Does it also have the hottest temperature on the planet? Because currently I am feeling an irritating and excessive heat coming from the sun. Is this global warming in action? It is not yet officially summer to where I am at but it is scorching already.

I also think that Brazil is a very promising country in the South where one can enjoy great beaches and resorts.

I've seen some of the women in Brazil and all I can say is that they have one of the world's finest women. Usually their women are very tall and are oozing with sex appeal. This is no wonder why we usually see Brazilian models on the modeling stages. Even at in their 20s they can be a head turner already. One of the best reasons why I keep on visiting the country.

If that was all true, then it would not be considered a third world country. I will tell you why I think your information is not exhaustive; you have literally talked of one side of the coin.

Any conscious governance will appreciate that there are certain hindrances trying to pull any country back. An even conscious one will, well, struggle to seal those loopholes.

What are some of the challenges of the real estate in Brazil?
