Anyone planning to visit a foreign country will have safety and crime as their first worry. How many Brazilians do we have going to Brazil and vice versa and is it the case that the former is not safe for the Americans?

I watched in disbelief as Brazil beat the US in the Confederations Cup Final and I do hope their rivalry is only of the sporting nature.

Why of course, why would Brazil be unsafe for Americans? Just because Brazilians beat Americans they are not safe anymore in Brazil?

Safety is always questionable wherever we go, disregarding the country we are going to. Being safe requires only initiative. Initiative to be informed by the latest news and bulletins as well as being conscious on the country's culture and tradition so that you will be not misinterpreted by anyone.

Comment #2 Eddie from Rio (Contact Member) -

I suspect that Brazil is more unsafe for Brazilians than for Americans... simply because there are more Brazilians there.
